F\u00fcr jede Kompetenz k\u00f6nnen Sie auf einer 6-Punkte-Skala angeben, inwieweit eine Kompetenz irrelevant (Wert 1) oder wesentlich (Wert 6) ist. \nDie verschiedenen Befragten geben dann das erforderliche Ma\u00df an Arbeit und Denken an. Danach folgen einige optionale Fragen zu m\u00f6glichen Risikofaktoren, Entwicklungen in der Rolle, F\u00fchrungsstilen und es gibt Raum f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Informationen. \nIn dem Bericht werden alle Antworten gesammelt und \u00fcbersichtlich dargestellt, mit einer Rangfolge der am h\u00f6chsten und am niedrigsten bewerteten Kompetenzen.
