Die PfPI ist auch der j\u00fcngste (2013) ver\u00f6ffentlichte Big-5-Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsfragebogen auf dem Markt. In den Benelux-L\u00e4ndern ist der PfPI der einzige Big-5-Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsfragebogen, der speziell f\u00fcr den Einsatz im Arbeitskontext entwickelt wurde. Die Fragen sind also arbeitsbezogen, die Normgruppen bestehen aus der arbeitenden Bev\u00f6lkerung (\u00fcber alle Bildungsniveaus und Altersstufen hinweg) und der Bericht beschreibt den Kandidaten in Bezug auf das konkret erwartete Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz. Mit dem PfPI ist es m\u00f6glich, St\u00e4rken, Schw\u00e4chen und ausbauf\u00e4hige Punkte konkret zu benennen und z.B. in einen Entwicklungsplan aufzunehmen. Der PfPI ist in mehreren Sprachen verf\u00fcgbar, darunter Franz\u00f6sisch und Niederl\u00e4ndisch, und umfasst fl\u00e4mische, niederl\u00e4ndische und franz\u00f6sische Normgruppen.
