As a student, as well as an employee, it is difficult to make choices. How do you know which direction, sector, profession or job fits? Deans, study counsellors and coaches can provide support in this regard. To quickly and efficiently get a picture of a candidate’s preferences, the candidate is questioned online about his/her preferences using the Interest Scan. It is reported on 40 different sectors. The distribution of sectors is based on a mix of the various available databases and was created based on 6 years of research and validation. The scored responses are standardized. For each sector, the specific preference is indicated on a 10-point scale. This allows many sectors to be excluded and to focus directly on exploring opportunities in the most preferred sectors. The questionnaire focuses particularly on the higher level of education.
