The different groups are: Role Experts, Role Fulfillers, Stakeholders, Employees and Managers.  Based on (a selection from) the 50 competencies, they are first asked to indicate per competency to what extent it is relevant to the specific function. Per competency it can be indicated on a 6 point scale to what extent a competency is Irrelevant (score 1) or Essential (score 6).  Next, the various respondents indicate the necessary level of work and thinking. Then there are some optional questions about possible risk factors, developments in the role, leadership styles and there is room to provide additional info.  In the report, all answers are collected and clearly displayed with rankings of highest and lowest scoring competencies.
