The 12 scales in the report are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distrustful<\/li>\n<li>Distant<\/li>\n<li>Eccentric<\/li>\n<li>Provocative<\/li>\n<li>Changeable<\/li>\n<li>Expressive<\/li>\n<li>Egocentric<\/li>\n<li>Reticent<\/li>\n<li>Dependent<\/li>\n<li>Perfectionistic<\/li>\n<li>Unruly<\/li>\n<li>Worried<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This self-descriptive questionnaire consists of 140 items relevant for selection purposes (they are not psychiatric or psychopathological items). It takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The assessment comes in the form of a comprehensive report, including scores on the 12 dysfunctional personality traits and explanation of the scales where scores are high or extreme compared to the norm group.
