Disponer de un feedback constructivo ha demostrado ser esencial para el desarrollo personal. Este cuestionario proporciona informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre las habilidades, personalidad, motivaci\u00f3n y otras caracter\u00edsticas laborales relacionadas con la excelencia en el desempe\u00f1o laboral desde diferentes perspectivas. El candidato no s\u00f3lo recibir\u00e1 un informe de feedback sobre su visi\u00f3n personal de s\u00ed mismo, sino tambi\u00e9n la visi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo le ven los dem\u00e1s (managers, compa\u00f1eros y colaboradores &#8211; clientes internos). Se basa en el an\u00e1lisis de las puntuaciones del cuestionario dadas por el candidato y por el resto de personas participantes. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se evaluar\u00e1 la importancia de una competencia para un puesto determinado, identificando las fortalezas y \u00e1reas de desarrollo, iniciando tambi\u00e9n un Plan de Desarrollo Individualizado. Las habilidades y puntuaciones se reflejan en cuatro niveles diferentes: Junior, Operacional, T\u00e1ctico y Estrat\u00e9gico.  Existe tambi\u00e9n un an\u00e1lisis de 360\u00ba globalmente aceptado para ser empleado como la base para el desarrollo de competencias dentro del sector sanitario (CanMeds) Un promedio de 60 preguntas. El cuestionario est\u00e1 configurado por preguntas de elecci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple, ampliadas con tres preguntas abiertas: \u00bfqu\u00e9 deber\u00eda continuar haciendo, empezar a hacer o dejar de hacer el candidato? Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con la posibilidad de a\u00f1adir 6 preguntas abiertas extras a las proporcionadas.
