Sustainable employability is making optimal use of talents, working healthily and with pleasure, now and in the future. Working on sustainable employability delivers vital and inspired employees who add value to the organization and experience added value themselves. Sustainable employability focuses on young and old. It is important for organizations that all employees remain employable. Well-employed employees can respond better to changes in their tasks, changes in their careers and developments in the organization. This questionnaire provides direct insight into the state of sustainable employability. Based on the results, it is possible to intervene at both individual and group level through training, coaching or education in order to increase the sustainable employability of employees.
