360-Degree Feedback: Option to Provide Explanations for Each Question - Week 35

In this hrmforce update, we’ll discuss a new feature of the widely used 360-degree feedback questionnaire. In addition to the basic features, you can now add specific comments for each competency group, making the feedback even more detailed. This allows users to delve deeper into the scores they’ve assigned and provides space for specific explanations. This new option was developed based on user feedback and is expected to be a valuable addition. Watch the video for a detailed explanation.
