A cognitive ability test, also called an Ability Analysis assessment, measures how quickly a person can understand problems, form opinions and/or learn new things. With each question, the candidate is additionally challenged. As a result, the questions are not too easy or too difficult too quickly. The test takes a maximum of 25 minutes and translates to MBO, HBO or WO level.
