Changes to the Pulse Survey Questionnaire-Week 14

A number of changes have recently been made to the Pulse Survey questionnaires, which we explain in more detail in the video below. The most significant changes include the addition of a new question category: Yes/No/Not Applicable. The ability to take surveys anonymously via a URL link without registration, with 100% anonymity reliable. Even in the anonymous setting, participants can still select their department, allowing for reports to be generated by department.
