Automatic Generation of the Personal Development Matrix (PDM) - Week 45

The PDM (Personal Development Matrix), which is used for employee feedback, among other things, has recently been enhanced with additional data such as 360-degree feedback, evaluations, or competency assessments. In this weekly update, we explore the PDM and how it is automatically generated after completing the personality questionnaire, which may be supplemented with a motivation or intelligence questionnaire. Users can “play around” with the results by combining different sets of data, such as historical and current personality questionnaires and feedback results. This functionality is accessible via the “My Development” and “My Employees’ PDM” sections. For the most up-to-date information, the PDM is automatically generated and made visible to the user, with options to view the report online or as a PDF.
