The “Imaginative” and “Resourceful” factors from the Big Fifty personality questionnaire. They are very similar, but still slightly different. In this week’s update, we’ll explain the differences between the two using examples and discuss why these factors-even if they aren’t directly relevant to a job-are still interesting.
