Big Fifty Personality: Scores on the Vulnerability Factor - Week 34

Published on 5 September 2025 2 min read Floor HendriksFloor Hendriks
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been highlighting a number of factors that appear in the Big Fifty personality questionnaire. This week, we’ll be discussing the “vulnerable” factor-sensitivity to pressure or stress. Generally speaking, scores on the left side are often more appropriate. However, it’s also common for candidates to score on the right side. These are people who, based on the questionnaire, have indicated that they are more sensitive to pressure and stress. We’ll explain how to deal with this in the video below. If you have any questions after watching the video, please feel free to contact our service desk.
