Creating Data Summaries for the Development Meeting - Week 39

There are new features in the portal related to the “development interview.” We’ll discuss this in this week’s hrmforce update. The development interview is currently the most widely used module within the hrmforce portal for monitoring and fostering employee development. This tool allows you to create clear development plans based on training needs, training opportunities, performance areas, and behaviors related to the job profile. While the employee creates an initial draft, the manager supplements it, resulting in a joint development plan. This can be continuously updated within an agile development cycle. A new feature is the ability to generate group, team, and organizational overviews, which quickly show who has filled out what and which training courses or competencies are popular.
