The Ability Abstract Questionnaire Explained - Week 18

This week’s hrmforce update focuses on the Ability Extract questionnaire, a questionnaire we introduced several years ago. A user noted that it’s still possible to keep clicking through after answering 20 questions. This is correct, because the questionnaire uses a database with hundreds of questions at various levels. In practice, most people answer a maximum of 20 questions within the allotted time, but it is technically possible to go further. However, there is a correction in place to account for guessing and clicking through too quickly, so please keep that in mind.
