This week, we’ll be discussing the “Dominant” and “Accommodating” factors from the Big Fifty personality questionnaire. We’re combining them because many people tend to view them as a pair, but that certainly doesn’t have to be the case. It doesn’t mean that if you score on the right side as “Dominant,” you’re automatically “Accommodating” on the left side. There are, in fact, various possible combinations. We explain these in the video below.
