Today’s weekly update focuses on the Ability questionnaire-a tool for measuring intelligence and cognitive abilities. We offer two versions: the comprehensive Ability Analysis and the concise Ability Scan. Both include numerical, verbal, and spatial reasoning tests. We recently simplified the numerical section, retaining only the number sequences, which proved to have the highest predictive value. Furthermore, the total score from all tests is compiled into a summary report, the Ability Overview, which can be used to determine the candidate’s work and cognitive level.
