Implementation of IQ Scores in the Ability Questionnaire - Week 42

At the request of several hrmforce users, the Ability questionnaire has been expanded to include an option to express cognitive abilities as IQ scores ranging from 80 to 140. This new feature makes it easier to interpret and communicate results-both to candidates and to management-by providing a single number that reflects cognitive ability. This update offers a direct, understandable measure of intelligence, which contributes to more effective evaluation and decision-making.
