Gaining a Better Understanding of Communication Between the User and hrmforce - Week 30

A new feature was recently introduced in hrmforce to streamline communication between users and our team. This feature, added to our CRM system, displays the basic details of communications on the user portal. This includes information such as who has been in contact, which emails have been sent, and what actions have been taken, all in compliance with GDPR regulations. This information is also included on the invoice to provide a clear overview. This allows us to gain insight into questions and issues and address them more efficiently.
