Floor HendriksHRMForce offers about 35 standard questionnaires and about 25 custom pulse survey questionnaires. These are all different questionnaires that are administered in various ways. Some use a 5-point scale, others are multiple-choice, and still others use a 6-point scale. Basically, anything is possible. This opens up some interesting possibilities, which we’ll tell you more about in the video below.
