New features added to the 360-degree feedback questionnaire - Week 37

This week’s HRMForce update takes a closer look at the “360-degree feedback” questionnaire. This questionnaire, which gathers feedback from others, is one of the four most commonly used tools on our portal, along with those assessing personality, intelligence, and motivators. Although the 360-degree feedback tool isn’t new, we’ve recently introduced customization options. Organizations can now customize all text within the questionnaire themselves, including introductions, explanations, emails, and closing messages. Whereas previously only a customized competency model could be uploaded, now all text and email templates are fully editable. These updates ensure that the tool without extra steps aligns with the specific needs of each organization.
