Private Notes for Test Managers - Week 48

With the new update to HRMForce, there’s a new feature specifically for test managers: the ability to add private comments. Test managers, who serve as administrators within the hrmforce portal, manage all candidates, applicants, and employees. This update allows them to post comments that are visible only to them-and not to managers, employees, or other stakeholders. These private notes are intended for personal annotations, based on conversations or specific points of interest, and remain confidential. A special setting has been added to enable or disable this feature as desired. With this new tab in the user overview, test managers can easily create private notes for each employee or job applicant. The only other person with access to these notes is the superuser for each organization, who maintains an overview of all activities in the portal.
