Adding Open-Ended Text Fields to Brief Development Discussions - Week 7

We recently expanded the brief development meeting-also known by various names, such as Bila Basic-to include open text fields. This update addresses the need to add additional notes or summaries of the meeting in addition to the standard four or five core topics. Both employees and managers can use these text fields to document meetings in greater detail, which makes it easier to create reports and follow up on agreements.
