Until recently, managers could only view information about their direct reports. Starting now, it’s also possible to gain insight into the employees who report to your employees. This provides a more comprehensive overview of the organization, up to 15 levels deep. For example, a CEO can gain insight into all levels of the organization. This makes it easier to generate reports and gain insight into talents and areas for development within the team.
