As a business development intern, you’ll be the driving force behind our international ambitions. You’ll research markets, identify growth opportunities, and contribute ideas on how hrmforce can expand internationally. You’ll have the freedom to turn ideas into action-and the chance to make a direct impact on our international strategy.What You’ll Do
- Conduct market research on international HR tech trends and opportunities.
- Identify potential partners, distributors, and customers.
- Contribute ideas on our international positioning and strategy.
- Help set up marketing and sales campaigns for new markets.
- Prepare presentations, pitches, and analyses for the management team.
- Play an active role in initial international discussions and deals.
Who You Are
- A college or university student majoring in Business, International Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and not afraid to take the initiative.
- Interested in HR, technology, and international business.
- Strong communication skills, analytical, and hands-on.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
