In every interview it is necessary to ask a series of standard questions. Since you usually only have a maximum of an hour and a half for the first interview, you can save time by having all the standard questions answered beforehand. This allows you to know in advance what the most special, striking and remarkable things are. In the interview itself you can therefore zoom in directly on specific questions and spend more time on the match on soft skills including competencies.

The topics asked include: family composition, expectations of the interview/position/assessment, choices in education and career, tasks and responsibilities in the current position, leadership style, hobbies, knowledge of languages, possible limitations and obstacles.
