Explanation Typology

This questionnaire is based on Jungs theory. To reach our goals by striving for individual and collective success, we are dependant on how to communicate our message. Despite background and education there are certain conventional characteristics applicable to different types of people.

HrmForce Typology is based on 4 indicators: how do we deal with dominance (influence versus working together) and emotion (feelings versus rationality). A combination of these indicators results in four typologies: the Enthusiast (Red), the Supporter (Yellow), the Pragmatist and the Analyst (Green).
