Filling Out Competency Profiles Online - Week 5

It was already possible to tailor the output of reports directly to the competency profile. Once the competency profile is created, the report is generated immediately, focusing on those specific competencies. The competency profile can be selected based on our best-practice profiles, and you have the option to create your own profiles. However, it has recently become possible to have the competency profile filled out online by internal or external personnel. This is useful, for example, if you want input from someone and want them to be able to fill out the job profile right away. You can find more information about this new feature in the video below.
