The talent overview has been improved by allowing users to enable or disable specific elements of the personality questionnaire. This update allows users to personalize the report by choosing which scores are displayed, thereby increasing the clarity and usefulness of the overview for both the feedback provider and the candidate. Users can now choose between a compact or detailed overview, tailored to the recipient’s needs.
