The Annual Cycle: Planning, Performance, and Evaluation - Week 9

As you may have seen in our previous video, we’ve developed a number of development cycles. These range from a two-month cycle to the annual cycle. In this week’s Friday Q&A Vlog, we’ll take a closer look at the annual cycle: planning, performance management, and employee evaluations. This is a fairly traditional approach, but that doesn’t change the fact that many organizations still value these three fixed points in the year. We therefore examined all the elements involved in these discussions and incorporated them to create the hrmforce annual cycle. We’d love to tell you more about it in the video below.
