In this hrmforce update, we’re focusing on invoicing in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We’d like to inform you about an important change in how you receive invoices. We have received feedback from a number of organizations indicating that, in accordance with the GDPR, they would prefer to receive a summary of the number of tests taken without the specific names of the candidates appearing on the invoices. Previously, we included details such as the candidate’s name and which test they had taken, along with the date.
In response, we have adjusted our invoicing process to offer greater flexibility. Organizations, partners, and distributors can now choose whether or not they want to see the candidates’ names on the invoices. If you choose not to display them, you’ll receive an invoice that shows only the number of tests taken.
Watch this video for a clear overview of this new invoicing option and how it helps you comply with GDPR requirements.
