Review of Candidates for Management Positions - Week 44

In the latest update to hrmforce, we’re focusing on improved access rights for managers. Access to candidate data was already available, but the process for finding this information wasn’t always clear. Previously, managers had to navigate through various tabs to gather all relevant information, from personal development plans to questionnaires and development interviews. Now, all this information is centralized under the “User Candidates” tab, giving managers direct access to an integrated overview of all data, including development matrices and the ability to click directly through to development discussions. Depending on the organization’s settings, managers may also have access to contract, salary, leave, and absence data. This makes it easier for managers to get a complete picture of their employees in one central location.
