New in HRMForce: Competency Overview at Various Levels - Week 46

This week, we’ll be discussing a new feature in HRMForce: new capabilities related to the competency overview. Previously, the competency level was always set to bachelor’s degree level by default. Each competency was compared to an ideal score at the higher professional education (HBO) level. This functionality has now been expanded. This means you can generate reports not only at the bachelor’s level, but also at the level you select. We explain exactly how this works in the video below.
