The Team Assessment is designed for line managers and helps them evaluate their team members based on competence, willingness, and potential. This provides an overview of the team, allowing you to see potential and areas for improvement at a glance. This simpler alternative to the 9-box is an effective discussion tool for line managers and HR. The new assessment is now available and can be used in the hrmforce portal.
