New Categories Added to Candidate Types - Week 47

This hrmforce update highlights the newly added candidate categories in the CRM system. In addition to existing categories such as candidates, employees, and the talent pool, specific categories for former employees, freelancers, and interns have now been added. Former employees, who were previously grouped in the talent pool, now have their own category, as do freelancers and interns, who often have different rights and needs within an organization. This new classification makes the use of the talent pool more effective and efficient, as it is now primarily focused on potential future employees. Additionally, it is now possible to assign specific attributes to candidates, such as programming languages, making the management of the candidate pool more proactive and targeted.
