Planning Questionnaires - Week 43

Welcome to the weekly update from hrmforce, where we’ll be focusing on scheduling candidate surveys. Starting now, you can select a future date for sending out the survey. This means you can set up a survey to be sent out in, say, a week or five days. The questionnaire will be sent around noon local time. In addition, you can still set an end date by which the questionnaire must be completed, although this serves more as a guideline for the candidate. Reminders can be sent if this option is enabled, but technically, the questionnaire remains available until it is completed, even if the deadline has passed. Leaving a questionnaire open does not incur any additional costs; you will only be billed once the questionnaire has actually been completed. It is also possible to customize default settings for your organization so that you don’t have to manually change settings every time you add a questionnaire.
