In this new update to hrmforce, improvements have been made regarding the accessibility of the competency model. This model, which forms the basis for all output from various questionnaires, is now easier to use. Users can view and analyze the entire model digitally, including behavioral indicators at various levels, such as beginner, operational, tactical, and strategic. A new feature allows users to download a more comprehensive version of a competency profile, including detailed descriptions and behavioral indicators. This makes it easier to work with the model, especially for role-specific profiles such as that of an account manager. Although the physical reference guide is still available, this digital access offers a simpler and more flexible way to use and share the competency model, both internally and externally.
