We recently launched a user-friendly online tool for creating competency profiles. This tool allows internal stakeholders or external clients to easily select the most relevant competencies from a standard set. This process speeds up and simplifies the preparation for in-depth discussions about competencies by reducing the number of competencies to consider. This improves the efficiency of the selection process and increases focus during discussions.
