Your Role as Independent Business Partner / VAR

As a Business Partner / VAR, you will be the representative of hrmforce in your territory. You will:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in your market.
  • Sell and implement hrmforce SaaS licenses, training, and consultancy.
  • Deliver or hire consultancy, training, and advisory services for client success.
  • Guide organizations in adopting online assessments in their HR cycle, implement HR analytics and talent management solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships and expand your own portfolio.
  • Provide market insights and represent hrmforce as a trusted partner for HR innovation.
  • Create and run your own marketing strategy together with HQ.
  • Create your own team and recruit other Business Partners in your territory.

This role is designed for professionals who want to run their own independent business while leveraging hrmforce’s platform, tools, and international reputation.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for entrepreneurial professionals who combine commercial drive with HR expertise.

Education & Background

  • Bachelor or master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes such as talent management, recruitment, and/or organizational development.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, HR consultancy, HR technology, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Proven track record of building client portfolios.
  • Experience with Value Added Reselling or partner sales is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative mindset, able to add value beyond selling.
  • Independent and proactive, with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are an advantage).
