Flexibility in Demonstrating Engagement in the Motivation Questionnaire - Week 3

We recently introduced a major update to our motivation questionnaire, designed to measure motivators and engagement. This questionnaire, one of the three most predictive questionnaires within HRMForce, provides insight into both intrinsic motivation and the current situation through engagement scores. The recent change allows users to disable the second section of the questionnaire, which focuses on engagement. This is particularly relevant for young people, students, and trainees, for whom the current situation may not always be an accurate predictor of their engagement. This adjustment makes the questionnaire shorter and more relevant for these specific groups. Organizations now have the option to adjust this setting, resulting in more concise reporting and a shorter questionnaire.
