New "Signalen" Report for the Big Fifty Personality Questionnaire - Week 13

An additional signal report has recently been added to the Big Fifty personality report. This new report examines extreme scores on the 25 main factors of the personality questionnaire, divided into three groups: thinking, feeling, and doing. Based on these scores, core quadrants are identified, highlighting strengths, pitfalls, development opportunities, and sensitivities. This helps in interpreting the factors and conducting discussions with candidates or employees. In the future, the Signals Report will be further expanded with Version 2, in which the results will be linked together even more effectively.
