Cognitive ability tests fall under the category of intelligence tests and are the most effective predictors of success in the workplace. Studies in this field have now amply demonstrated this. A cognitive ability test, also called an Ability Analysis assessment, measures how quickly a person can understand problems, form an opinion and/or learn new things. With each question, the candidate is additionally challenged. As a result, the questions are neither too easy nor too difficult too quickly. The test takes a maximum of 25 minutes and translates to MBO, HBO (bachelor) or WO (master) level. The results can be linked to the personality and motivation questionnaires to map the total developability of a competency.
