The composition of the statements is based on sociotechnics. Sociotechnics is a business movement aimed at improving the functioning of people and organizations. This is achieved through adaptation or redesign of work processes, organization of technology or services as well as human work tasks.
Quality of Work: the involvement of employees as a result of a meaningful task content with influence on the organization of work (control capacity), consultation possibilities and learning and development opportunities and creativity.
Quality of Working Relationship: the way internal parties cooperate with each other (emphasis on cooperation rather than conflict, effective collaboration), mutual trust and result-oriented with openness and mutual respect.
Quality of Organization: the ability of the organization to meet market demands in a productive manner (e.g., efficiency, flexibility, innovation, customer satisfaction, productivity and process control).
