Adequate retrieve credentials for the purpose of a job interview or selection process.

+/- 15 minutes
Format:
Candidates answer a few questions online. Then they invite referents to complete reference questionnaire. The referents will receive a link in their inbox to complete the objective questionnaire.
Feedback:
Once a referent has completed the questionnaire, a copy of the reference will be emailed to the person concerned. The report briefly and clearly displays the results of the reference.

Explanation Reference Check
Checking a reference in a selection procedure concerns querying a contact at one or several previous employers of an applicant. This way a future employer can assess the global functioning of an applicant including stated facts in an applicants resume. Using our Reference Check will allow you to query a contact in an objective manner. Also it is an optimal preparation for calling a referent. This check will take approximately 15 minutes.
