Certification Training

We organize live training sessions in which we teach participants how to use hrmforce and offer them the opportunity to become certified hrmforceusers. The certification training is intended for managers who practice coaching-style leadership, (career) counselors and coaches, HR managers, educators and trainers, and HR professionals who wish to work with hrmforce. In addition, the training is suitable for employees who want to expand their internal expertise in working with questionnaires.

By the end of the training, participants will understand the capabilities and applications of the tools and will be familiar with the theory behind personality and competencies.

Step-by-Step Guide

From registration to certified user

The certification training consists of preparation, a training day, and a test.

    Sign In

    You can register via the training calendar, or we can schedule an in-company session. You’ll receive the practical information right away.

  2. 2

    Preparation

    Beforehand, you’ll complete the psychometrics e-learning course and fill out a few questionnaires yourself, so you’ll understand the reports from the participant’s perspective.

  3. 3

    Training Day

    During the training, you’ll learn how to select questionnaires, interpret scores, and provide careful feedback on results. You’ll practice using real-life case studies.

  4. 4

    Test and Certificate

    You’ll finish with a test. Once you’ve completed it, you’ll be a certified user and will be able to administer assessments and provide feedback on your own.

  5. 5

    Follow-up Care

    If you have questions about a specific report, please contact our psychologists. New features are made available to you through updates.

The result: you can administer assessments independently and responsibly, without having to rely on a consultant every time you conduct an assessment.
