Explanation

Since a few months ago, every organization has experienced the effects of the Corona virus. Most organizations have switched to working from home whenever possible. This means that there will be less contact between colleagues and between management and its employees. Each employee handles change and adversity differently. One person will immediately name wishes and concerns proactively while another will carefully withdraw himself. In order to be able to question all employees at once, hrmforce has developed two Corona Scans.

The Corona Work from home Scan questions employees about their homework situation. The results (individually or anonymously per group) indicate the extent to which employees are sufficiently capable of carrying out their work from an organizational and process perspective.

The Corona Status Scan questions employees about their work attitude and feelings in response to the Corona conditions. This quickly and effectively shows the mood within the organization, allowing management to intervene directly in areas of concern.
