The Competency Overview Becomes the Talent Overview in hrmforce - Week 4

This week, we’re highlighting the name change from “competency overview” to “talent overview.” This change was implemented to better reflect what is actually being measured: talent potential as a predictor of future behavior. This name change also provides greater clarity and prevents confusion, as there are multiple competency overviews within different sections of hrmforce, such as the Big50, Motivation, and Ability questionnaires. The talent overview, which ideally consists of personality, motivations, and intelligence, provides a comprehensive picture of a candidate’s potential. This update ensures that the report now offers a clearer and more organized view of candidates’ talents.
