At hrmforce, we know that finding the right match between a candidate and a position is of the utmost importance. In this video, we explain what match profiles are and how we’ve introduced new generic match profiles to streamline the process.
A match profile in hrmforce is generated by having a candidate complete a questionnaire, after which a report is produced on personality, leadership, motivation, intelligence, and so on. With this information, an ideal profile can be selected and tailored to the specific needs of a role, such as account manager.
In response to growing demand from organizations that already use match profiles, we have introduced generic match profiles. These profiles are based on scientific data, our experience, and candidates’ test results for the 30-35 most common roles within organizations. In addition, we’ve taken it a step further by adapting not only the match profiles but also our competency profiles. This allows organizations to view the standard hrmforce profiles and compare them with the profiles they’ve added themselves.
