Studies in this area have now amply demonstrated this. A cognitive ability test, also called an Ability Analysis assessment, measures how quickly a person can understand problems, form opinions and/or learn new things. With each question, the candidate is additionally challenged. As a result, the questions are not too easy or too difficult too quickly. The test takes a maximum of 25 minutes and translates to MBO, HBO or WO level. The results can be linked to the personality and motivation questionnaires in order to map the total developability of a competence.
