In working life, there are regular moments when external circumstances will increase the pressure to perform. The corona crisis is a recent example of this. Individuals react very differently to changing circumstances. One employee becomes anxious and quits. The other will perform better and flourish. Given the developments in the economy and society, change, and in particular change under pressure from economic, external conditions, competitors, digitization and robotization will be increasingly necessary. Especially for coordinating and managing roles, the extent to which one continues to function effectively under these pressures and in the face of adversity is a good predictor of successful performance. In combination with the Big Fifty Personality, Ability Analysis and Motivation test you can perfectly assess to what extent your candidate or employee is ‘future- and change-proof’.
